**This property requires a three-night minimum stay year round, with the exception of 12/31/03-3/31/04, 5/25/04-6/1/04 and 12/31/04-3/31/05 in which a seven-night minimum stay is required, and 7/1/04-7/5/04, 9/2/04-9/7/04 and 10/10/04-10/17/04 in which a four-night minimum stay is required.**
These lavish two bedroom condominiums are fully furnished with all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove and coffeemaker. Appreciate the convenience of everyday amenities like air conditioning, alarm clock radio, TV/VCR, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board and telephone. Luxurious touches include a washer/dryer, and private patio. There are two or three beds (King or Queen) in each unit. Bedding can be requested at time of reservation but is not guaranteed.

Turn right onto Swanson, to the check in address, 141 Swanson Avenue, Suite 1 (just in front of Queens Bay Resort).
